The PILSEN ART & DESIGN CENTER offers some of the best artist work spaces in Chicago. We have rooms that range from $275 - $1200 per month. 

We're in a safe, clean and professional building located at 16th & Western in Chicago.

We require a one month's security deposit, a $10 PER SET of keys deposit and the first month's rent to move in.
